  • Data collected: Anonymous information about your Browse behavior on the website (pages visited, time on site, traffic source, device used, etc.). This pseudonymized information does not allow us to directly identify you.
  • Purpose: To analyze our website's performance, understand how users interact with it to improve user experience, content, and usability.
  • Lawful basis: Your explicit consent, obtained through our cookie banner (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Retention period: Google Analytics retains data according to its own policies. User and event data in GA4 are configured to be automatically deleted after [e.g., 2 months or 14 months, depending on your GA4 configuration, default is 2 months].

Transaction Data (via PayPal):

  • Data collected: Information necessary to process the payment (e.g., transaction details, amount, PayPal transaction ID). Logo-Arte.com does not directly collect your bank or credit/debit card details. All financial information is managed directly through PayPal's secure platform.
  • Purpose: To manage and verify the payment for your purchases.
  • Lawful basis: The performance of a sales contract and the user's consent when using PayPal's payment service (Art. 6.1.b and Art. 6.1.a GDPR, respectively).
  • Retention period: Transaction data is retained in accordance with applicable legal and tax obligations, for the legally required periods.

3. How do we collect your data?

  • Directly from the user: When you enter your email to make a purchase.
  • Automatically (through cookies): Via Google Analytics 4, if you have given your consent in the cookie banner.
  • Through third parties: When you complete a payment via PayPal, they notify us of the transaction confirmation.

4. Do we share your data with third parties?

Logo-Arte.com will only share your personal information with third parties in the following cases:

  • Service providers:
    • PayPal: To process payments for your purchases. PayPal operates under its own privacy policies, which we recommend you review.
    • Google (Google Analytics): For website analysis. Google acts as a data processor. Data is sent pseudonymously, and Google is certified under international data transfer frameworks that ensure an adequate level of protection.
  • Legal obligation: When legally required by competent authorities to comply with law, legal process, or a government request.
