Full License Agreement & Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, vectors, and illustrations available at Logo-arte.com are protected under Spanish copyright law and international intellectual property treaties. By purchasing any digital file, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Logo-arte.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, and perpetual license to use the design for personal or commercial projects, subject to the restrictions herein. This license does not transfer ownership of the copyright.

All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by Logo-arte.com.

2. Authorized Commercial Use (Physical Products)

You are authorized to use the designs to create and sell physical end-products, including but not limited to:

  • Engravings, embossings, and etchings
  • Physical prints on any media (garments, posters, etc.)
  • CNC, laser cutting, and woodworking projects
  • Vinyl decals and signage
  • Embroidery and textile products
  • General commercial merchandise

3. Prohibited Uses & Restrictions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute copyright infringement:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the original digital files.
  • Sharing or uploading files to Print on Demand (POD) platforms, stock resource sites, or public/private repositories.
  • Modifying the designs to create new digital products for sale.
  • Using the designs in any way that allows others to download, extract, or reproduce the original vector data.

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

Logo-arte.com remains the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title, and interest in and to the designs. Your purchase only grants a limited right to use the designs for the creation of tangible objects.

5. AI Training & Data Mining Prohibition

Logo-arte.com expressly prohibits the use of its content for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

  • AI Training: Using designs to train, develop, or improve Generative AI models or Machine Learning algorithms.
  • Data Scraping: Automated extraction, scraping, or harvesting of images, metadata, or vector information.
  • Dataset Inclusion: Adding any content to datasets or databases used for generative image synthesis or machine learning.

6. Termination & Enforcement

Any violation of this license automatically terminates your right to use the designs. Logo-arte.com reserves the right to seek all remedies available under applicable law, including damages and legal action before the competent courts.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from or related to this license shall be submitted exclusively to the Courts of Madrid (Spain).
